Next, stand, breath in deeply and blow through your Peak Flow Meter as hard as you can. Repeat the procedure and use the second reading you obtain. Use any quality Peak Flow Meter.

As soon as you have the opportunity, enter your data on this page.

Enter your first PEF reading also as your personal "Best PEF," which is the best Peak Flow reading you are able to obtain. If you do not enter a Best PEF, 500 will automatically be entered. Change your Best PEF whenever you receive a higher reading than you have before.
